Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

ResumeForge sells digital services: a one-time resume PDF download (₹49), a 14-day unlimited download pass (₹149), and a 1-month unlimited download pass (₹349). Access is delivered instantly in your browser after successful payment — there is no physical shipping.

Instant delivery

After your payment is confirmed, the PDF download unlocks automatically on the same browser and device you paid from. Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, completed purchases where the download/pass was successfully activated are generally not eligible for a refund.

When you are eligible for a refund

• Money was debited from your account but the download/pass did not unlock, and a retry from the payment confirmation page also failed.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from using an active pass during its validity period.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will verify the payment with our gateway and issue a full refund of the affected amount.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of confirmation and are credited back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.

Cancellation

One-time downloads cannot be cancelled once the PDF has been downloaded. Passes can be cancelled by simply not using them; since passes are prepaid for a fixed period and priced accordingly, unused time on a partially used pass is not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@resume4u.in with your order ID (shown on the payment confirmation screen), the mobile number used during payment, the transaction date, and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
